ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ESTABLISHING A
FEE FOR APPLICATION FOR REZONING, AND FOR THE SUBMISSION OF A
SITE PLAN P.EVIEW, AND REPEALING CONFLICTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 9, Paragraph E(3) of Ordinance 8508
and any other Sections in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 2. A filing fee of one hundred ($100. 00) dollars
is hereby established for any party or parties proposing or
recommending to the Planning and Zoning Commission a change in
the district regulations or district boundaries. This money
shall be deposited with the City Clerk, before any action shall
be taken on such request , to cover the approximate cost of this
procedure and under no condition shall said sum, or any part
thereof, be refunded for failure of said change to be adopted by
the Council.
Section 3. A filing fee of fifty ($50.00) dollars is
hereby established for the submission of a Site Plan Review,
showing location of building, parking, landscaping, and other
pertinent information, as required by the Zoning regulations of

the City. This money shall be deposited with the City Clerk to

cover the approximate cost of this procedure, and under no con-
ditions shall said sum, or any part thereof, be refunded for the
failure of said change to be adopted by the Council .
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
