AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 9057, THE ELECTRICAL CODE, BY CHANGING CERTAIN
FEES THEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AS
FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 9057, the Electrical Code
of the City of Jefferson, Section 12 , Electric Fixtures, by
changing the second line thereof to read:
"Thereafter each unit of ten fixtures $0. 75" .
Section 2. Amend Ordinance No. 9057, the Electrical Code
of the City of Jefferson, Section 12 , Motors, by striking the
words and figures 112 ton and over" following the words "Air
conditioner" , so that the same would read:
"Air conditioner $5.00" .
Section 3. Amend Ordinance No. 9057, the Electrical
Code of the City of Jefferson, Section 12, Motors , by changing
the second line thereof to read:
"Furnaces $2. 00" .
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
