AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY REPEALING SECTION 33-58, AND
ENACTING A NEW SECTION IN LIEU THEREOF, RELATING TO CURB CUTS AND
DRIVEWAY PERMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS
FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 33-58 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby repealed and a new section enacted
® in lieu thereof, relating to curb cuts and driveway permits,
which section shall read as follows :
"Section 33-58. Curb Cuts and Driveway Permits.
There is hereby established a fee in the amount of
fifteen ($15.00) dollars for a curb cut or driveway
permit , which amount shall be paid to the Director
of Public Works. Provided, however, if any wedging
is necessary, this amount may be revised to include
the minimum cost of the bituminous street cut
permit . "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
