ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 9154, REGARDING THE DEMOLITION OR REMOVAL OF
BUILDINGS, AND CHANGING THE AMOUNT OF DEMOLITION FEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 9154, relating to the
demolition and removal of buildings, by repealing Section 3
thereof and inserting a new Section 3, to read as follows:
® "Section 3. Fees. No permit to remove or
�- demolish a building shall be issued until a
fee of twenty ($20.00) dollars shall have been
paid to the Building Official or other
authorized muncipal agency."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
