AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 9001, STIPULATING THE FILING FEE WHEN MAKING APPLI-
CATION TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING SUCH FEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Ordinance No. 9001 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. A filing fee of seventy-five ($75. 00) dollars
is hereby established before any action shall be taken by the
Board of Adjustment for any party or parties proposing or re-
questing an interpretation, variance, exception or conditional
use permit. This amount shall be deposited with the City Clerk
to cover the approximate cost of the procedure and under no con-
dition shall said sum or any part thereof be refunded for failure
of said change to be adopted by the Council.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of passage and approval.
