ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 19789 SECTION 23-79 (a) , BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON A PORTION OF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE 1300 BLOCK OF WEST
MAIN STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
® Section 1. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by adding a roadway to said
Section, relating to parking prohibited at all times , which
designation shall read as follows:
"Main Street, on the north side, east 220 feet from
a point 20 feet west of the west curb line of
Havana Street."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
