WH~ pursuant to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Bever-
ages'', as amended and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by
the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State
of New 3ersey, an application has been made by ST. DEMETRIUS MENS CLUB,
A.B.C. License No. 1201-31-057-001, for Renewal of said License for the
1998-1999 License Term in due and proper form and has paid the necessary
required fees; and
WH~, application has been reviewed and no objections have been made
for the renewal of said license.
NOW, TH~EFORE~ BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLV~D, by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New 3ersey, that
a Plenary Club License be granted and issued to ST. D~I~FrIRUSMENS CIJ3B~
holder of A.B.C. LIC~I~SENO. 1201-31-057-001; and
BE IT FUR/ItERRF. SOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby author-
ized and directed to issue an Alcoholic Beverage License to the applicant
in accordance with the application heretofore made and approved, having
said A.B.C. Club License become effective July 1, 1998 and to expire June
30, 1990;
BE IT FURlll~llRESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded, with original application and proper fee, to the State of
New Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN
087, Trenton, New jersey 08625-0087.
