Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members
participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended.

AGENDA
1. Roll Call/Attendance
2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 12/14/23
3. Executive Director's Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
4. Cape Cod Freshwater Initiative: Staff will provide an update on elements of the Cape Cod
Freshwater Initiative, a science -based, information -driven planning process to engage stakeholders
and enable action to protect and restore Cape Cod's freshwater resources. Commission members
will discuss the presentation and ask questions.
S. Cape Cod Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy: Staff will provide an update on
development of the Cape Cod Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy, an action plan to
support a strong and vibrant Cape Cod economy. Commission members will discuss the
presentation and ask questions.
6. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the
meeting.
