AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1310 SWIFTS HIGHWAY, FROM RS-3
SINGLE FAMILY, TO -e-4 (
S-SpecDeve opment, (restaurant and lounge) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate
property be rezoned from RS-3 (single family) , to .-aAft"d
S-Special Development, (restaurant and lounge) .

Part of the West one-half of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 13, T 44 , R12, in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast
corner of Lot #15 of Swifts and Thompsons Subdivi-
sion to the City of Jefferson, Missouri; thence
S50001E, along the quarter section line and the east
line of said Lot #15, 532. 0 feet to the northerly line
of Swifts Highway; . thence N 87 010' E, along the said
northerly line of Swifts Highway, 503. 0 feet; thence
N 5 000' W, parallel with the Quarter Section 'line,
547. 33 feet to the north line of Section 13, T 44,
R 12; thence S850251W, 503.24 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing 6 acres, more or less.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
