AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE REPLAT OF LOTS 84 THROUGH 89, LOTS 100 THROUGH
104 , AND PART OF TRACT "A" OF A REPLAT OF LANDWEHR HILLS SUB-
DIVISION, SECTION 3, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Robert J. and Edith E. Major, owners of real
estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:

VW All of Lots 84 through 89 , all of Lots 100 through 104 ,
and part of Tract "A" of a replat of Landwehr Hills Sub-
division, Section 3, as per Plat Book 7, pages 74 and 75,
Cole County, Missouri Recorder' s Office, said plat being
a subdivision of part of Private Survey No. 2701 in the
City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, and being more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the north-
east corner of Lot 84 of said Landwehr Hills Subdivision,
Section 3; thence S83 018 ' 00"W, along the north line of
said Lot 84, 150.00 feet to the northwest corner thereof;
thence S08 056120 11E, along the west line thereof, 99. 80
feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 84; thence S881
30' 23"W, along the north lines of Lots 103 and 104 of
said Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 3, 123. 25 feet
to the northwest corner of said Lot 104; thence S23"41' 23"
W, along the west line of said Lot 104, 150. 00 feet to the
southwest corner thereof; thence S47 010'25"W, 69. 75 feet
to the northwest corner of Lot 100 of said Landwehr Hills
Subdivision, Section 3; thence S16 020142"W, along the
west line of said Lot 100 , 274. 68 feet to the southwest
corner of said Lot 100; thence S59 008 ' 50" E, along the
south line of Lots 100, 101, 102, and 89 of said Landwehr
Hills Subdivision, Section 3, 360. 30 feet to the southeast
corner of said Lot 89; thence northerly along the east
line of Lot 89 , 88 and 87, Tract "A" , Lots 86, 85, and 84
of said Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 3, the follow-
ing courses: N27 023100" E, 319.19 feet; on a curve to
the left having a radius of 256. 55 feet, a distance of
152. 61 feet; N06°42 ' 00" W, 323. 30 feet to the northeast
corner of said Lot 84 , and the point of beginning of this
description. Containing in all, 5.18 acres. Bearings are
magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision,
known and referred to as a Replat of Lots 84 through 89, Lots
100 through 104, and part of Tract "A" of a Replat of Landwehr
Hills Subdivision, Section 3, that all taxes have been paid,
and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Re-
vised Statutes of Missouri, 1969, and amendments thereto,
entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid
owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects and require-
ments of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have been com-
plied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of a Replat of Lots 84 through 89,
Lots 100 through 104, and part of Tract "A" of a Replat of Land-
wehr Hills Subdivision, Section 3, lying, being and situated
within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made part of this
ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said
City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
after its passage and approval of this ordinance are given the
authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said
plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said under the
seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
