ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
iAMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 112 EAST FRANKLIN STREET, FROM RS-4
(SINGLE FAMILY) TO C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY' COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate pro-
perty be rezoned from RS-4 (single family) , to C-2 (general
commercial) , to-wit:
Part of Subdivision 8 of Outlot No. 76, in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as per plat of record in the office
of the Recorder of Deeds, Cole County, Missouri, and more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the north-
east corner of Subdivision 8; thence westerly along the
northerly line, 50 feet; thence southerly parallel with
the easterly line of said subdivision, 150 feet; thence
easterly parallel with northerly line thereof, 50 feet,
to the easterly line of said subdivision; thence northerly
along said easterly line, 150 feet, to the point of be-
ginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
