ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, APPROPRIATING
MONEY OUT OF UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE OF THE SEWER FUND, FOR
TREATMENT PLANT TRAINING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
unappropriated Fund Balance of the Sewer Fund, the total amount
of $2,988.00 and $16,000. 00 for Phases I and II respectively'
for treatment plant training.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
