ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANC
NO. 95449 THE SALARY ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING AND CORRECTING THE
FIGURE REPRESENTING THE SALARY OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 9544, the Salary Ordinance is
hereby amended by correcting the figures in Section 1, Paragraph
(3) , from $775.00 to $750.00, so that said Paragraph (3) will read
as follows:
"(3) The Municipal Court Judge shall receive the sum
of $750.00 per month as salary."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
as of November 1, 1980.
