AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 1700 BLOCK OF SOUTHRIDGE DRIVE,
FROM RA (MULTIPLE DWELLING) , TO C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate pro-
perty be rezoned from RA (multiple family) to C-2 (general com-
mercial) , to-wit:
A tract of land located in the southeast quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 44 North, Range
12 West, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of the south-
east quarter of said Southwest Quarter; thence N 05 010' W,
along the quarter quarter section line, 142. 56 feet to the
northerly right-of-way line of Southridge Drive; thence N
46 040' E, along said northerly right-of-way line, 211.2
feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing
N460 40' E, along said right-of-way line, 512.9 feet;
thence leaving said right-of-way line N26 011 ' W, 447. 89
feet; thence S 46 040' W, 308. 59 feet; thence S 050 10'
E, 544. 0 feet to the true point of beginning. Said tract
containing 4. 03 acres, more or less. Said tract subject to
an easement in Book 221, page 327 , Cole County Recorder' s
Office.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
