C. STATEMENT OF MEETING NOTICE: Notice was emailed to the Home News
Tribune, posted on the bulletin board and Borough's website: www.carteret.net on
June 10, 2021. Notice was also published on June 15, 2021.
D. PURPOSE OF MEETING: Award Bid for Food and Beverage Concession at
Carteret's Waterfront Park and any other business that
may come before the Council.
E. PUBLIC PORTION ON RESOLUTIONS /AGENDA ITEMS AND NEW
BUSINESS:

F. RESOLUTIONS:
1. #21- 114 Awarding Contract for Food and Beverage Concession at Carteret's
Waterfront Park.
2. #21 -115 Conditionally Designating a Redeveloper for Locust - Roosevelt
Redevelopment Area.
3. #21 -116 Designating Conditional Redeveloper for Certain Properties in the
Pershing Avenue Redevelopment Area and Authorizing an Interim
Costs Agreement.
4. #21 -117 Designating Conditional Redeveloper for Certain Properties in the
237 Roosevelt Avenue Redevelopment Area and Authorizing an
Interim Costs Agreement.
