AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OUT OF THE
UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE PARKING FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF
RETAINING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN OF IMPROVEMENTS
TO THE JEFFERSON STREET PARKING FACILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. A supplemental appropriation of $40,000 is hereby
authorized out of the unappropriated surplus of the Parking Fund
for the purpose of retaining a professional consultant to design
improvements to the Jefferson Street Parking facility.
y® Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
® from and after its passage and approval.
