ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OUT OF THE
TRANSIT FUND FOR THE PURPOSES OF HIRING A PROFESSIONAL CONSUL-
TANT TO UNDERTAKE A THREE-PART TRANSIT STUDY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. A supplemental appropriation of $4,400 is hereby
authorized out of the Transit Fund for the purpose of hiring a
professional consultant to undertake a three-part transit study
covering (a) a site feasibility study for a central maintenance/
bus garage, (b) a 504 transition plan, and (c) an impact study
of the Truman Building on the Transit System.
Section 2. This appropriation will be refunded in full by
Missouri Highway and Transportation Department and the Federal
Highway Administration.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
