ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
FORREST CAPPS AND ASSOCIATES, RELATING TO THE DESIGN AND CON-
STRUCTION OF A NEW ANIMAL SHELTER FACILITY AT 917 EAST MILLER
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract with Forrest Capps
and Associates, said contract for the design and construction
of new Animal Shelter facilities at 917 East Miller Street ,
Jefferson City, Missouri.
SECTION 2. Said contract shall read in words and figures
as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof
as though fully set forth herein.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
