AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
Groner & Picker Consulting Engineers
Jefferson City , Missouri
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLCWS :
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed, for and in. the name of the City, to
execute a written agreement with Groner & Picker
Consulting Engineers for the renovation of the Geneva
Street Pump Station for the sum of $ 1,700.00 _
SECTION 2. A copy of said agreement is attached hereto.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

Jefferson Ordinance No. 9432 for
Engineering Services by and between
The City of Jefferson and
Groner & Picker Inc. , Consulting Engineers
On this �� of v 1981 , the Engineering Agreement
(Jefferson City Ordinance No. 9432, dated une 3, 1980) by and between The
City of Jefferson and Groner & Picker, Ii is hereby mutually ammended as
follows:
1. Ammend PROJECT definition to include engineering services to modify
the Geneva Street lift station.
2. Scope of engineering services to be provided by the CONSULTANT are to
include the following anticipated PROJECT tasks.
(a) Preliminary Project Development and Facility Inspection.
(b) Field layout, and design data verification.
(c) Preliminary engineering design.
(d) Preliminary Proposal to include concept of modification, proposed
equipment and controls, fabrication and modification requirements
and approximate cost of improvements.
(e) Final design proposal to include the schematic layout of facilities
and necessary design data. Final design will incorporate equipment
which will have future servicability to other installations.
(f) Equipment and Control Coordination with suppliers to include
shop drawings, equipment catalogs and operation and maintenance
literature.
(g) Supervisory and Inspection services related to fabrication and
installation of modifications to the PROJECT.
(h) Provide start-up services and verification of equipment performance
at PROJECT completion.
(i) Provide follow-up services and performance inspections for a period
of one year from date of start-up.
The above CONSULTANTS services shall be performed in an expedious time
frame to achieve PROJECT modification without undue delay.
3. Compensation for the change in project definition and scope, in
addition to the existing agreed compensation, shall be an additional lump
sum total of $1,700.00, One-thousand seven hundred dollars,
4. Payment to CONSULTANT shall be as follows:
(a) Final design proposal recommendations 80%
(b) Project Start-up and inspection 100%
S. CITY services to be provided to Consultant shall include but not
necessarily be limited to coordination for access to facilities, providing
initial design data, which is to be verified by engineer, to include total
static head, length of existing force main, and population equivalents, and
existing design and equipment information applicable to the PROJECT.
6. This Supplemental Agreement shall not affect con.flict�ng provisions
of the original agreement which shall remain in effect in respect to the
original project scope and definition. Non-conflicting provision of the
original agreemerit shall remain in effect to this Supplemental agreement as if
herein stated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The parties hereto have caused this Supplemental Agreement
to be executed as of the day and year first above written.
