ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 9526, PERTAINING TO MONTHLY PARKING FEES , BY THE
AMENDMENT OF THE FEE FOR LOT #13A, AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE
NUMBER OF RESERVED AND METERED SPACES FOR THAT LOT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS ;
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9526, which amends
Section 23-115. 1 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, 1978, is
hereby amended by the deletion of "Lot No. 13, 300 East High
Street - $8. 00" and the substitution therefor of "Lot No. 13A,
300 East High Street - $18.00."
Section 2. Lot 13A shall consist of thirty (30) metered
spaces with the balance of the spaces being reserved by permit.
The Director of Transportation, upon the advice of the Parking
and Traffic Commission, shall determine the length of time re-
quired for metered parking.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its Passage and approval.
