AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978 , BY AMENDING SECTIONS 23-95 ,
23-87 , AND 23-79 , RELATING TO NO PARKING ZONES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 23-95(d) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition thereto of
the following:
"First Baptist Church Child Development Center, 113
Monroe Street, for the purpose of picking up or dis-
charging patrons of said center, on the east side of
the 100 block of Monroe Street at a distance 216 feet
� s north of the north curb of Capitol Avenue between the
hours of 7 : 30 a.m. and 8: 30 a.m. , with a fifteen
minute parking limit. "
Section 2 . Section 23-79(a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson. 1978, is hereby amended by the addition thereto of
the following:
"Southridge Drive , on the north half thereof, for the
entire 1900 block. "
"Algoa Road, on the south half thereof, from Tomahawk
road to the City limits . "
"Eastland Drive, on the east half thereof, from East
McCarty to U.S . Highway 50/63. "
"Merchant Drive, on the north half thereof, extending
sixty feet east of Commerce Drive. "
"Jackson Street, on the nves't half thereof, extending
south from the southwest corner of Oberman Place for a
distance of one hundred five feet to the .first property
line of the first owner. "
"St. Mary' s Boulevard, on the south half thereof, extending
west from Heisinger Road for a distance of six hundred
;a fifty feet. "

"Southwest Boulevard, on both sides thereof, extending
south from Stadium Boulevard to a point one hundred feet
south of the south entrance to Memorial Community Hospital. "
✓ "Myrtle Avenue, on the west half thereof, extending south
from Swift' s Highway a distance of ninety feet. "
Section 3. Section 23-87(a) (7) of the Code of the City
of Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition thereto
of the following:
"Swift' s Highway, on the north half thereof, extending
1290 feet west from Myrtle Avenue. "
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
Section 5. Any ordinance, or part of an ordinance, in con-
flict herewith is hereby repealed.
