AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978 , BY AMENDING SECTION 23-88 ,
METERED PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 23-88(a) (2) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the deletion of the current
reference to metered parking; on the north side of McCarty Street
and the substitution therefor the following:
"McCarty Street, the north side thereof, between Jefferson
Street and Monroe Street, with .the exception of a space
twenty feet in length immediately east of the ramp enter-
ing the Exchange National Bank parking lot. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
