ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978 , BY ADDING SECTION 23-93(e)
THERETO, ENTITLED HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby enacted a new paragraph under
Section 23-93 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, 1978, en-
titled "Section 23-93(e) Handicapped Parking Spaces" and it
shall read as follows :
"The following 'Handicapped Parking Only' spaces are
authorized, and the Director of the Department of Trans-
portation shall designate them accordingly:
200 Block of Broadway - Five spaces on the east
side.
Monroe - 400 Block on the east side extending south
from a point 117 ' to a point 135 ' .
McCarty - 300 Block on the south side extending east
from a point 97' to a point of 115 ' ."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
