ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-51 ,
SPEED LIMIT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 23-51 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition of a Section
23--51(ee) which shall be as follows:
"Thirty-five miles per hour. No vehicle shall be driven
at a speed in excess of thirty-five miles per hour on:
Missouri Boulevard, from Heisinger Road to U.S.
Highway 63."
Section 2. Section 23-51(d) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition of the
following:
"U.S. Highway 54, from the High Street overpass to the
south Cedar City city limits. "
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
Section 4. Any ordinance, or part of an ordinance, in
conflict herewith, is hereby repealed.
