ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79 ,
NO PARKING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 23-79(a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition of the
following:
"Monroe Street, 400 block east side thereof extending south
for a distance of 117 ' from south curb of McCarty.
Monroe Street, 400 block east side thereof extending from a
point 177' to a point 212' south.
Monroe Street, 400 block on the east side thereof extending
south for a distance of 28' from the south curb of the alley,
run east and west of the 400 block of Monroe.
McCarty Street, 300 block on the south side thereof extending
east for a distance 97 ' from the south curb of Monroe Street.
McCarty Street, 300 block on the south side thereof extending
east from a distance of 115 ' to a distance of 206' . "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79,
NO PARKING ZONES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 23-79(a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition of the
following:
"Monroe Street, on the east half thereof, extending south
for a distance of one hundred seventeen .feet from the
southeast curb of McCarty Street. "
"McCarty Street, on the south half ,therof, extending east
for a distance of ninety-six feet from the southeast curb
of Monroe Street to the first handicapped parking space. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
