ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A
WRITTEN AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY WITH BOOKER ASSOCIATES,
« - INC. , FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized, on behalf of the
City of Jefferson, to execute a contract between the City of
Jefferson and Booker Associates , Inc. , for architectural and
engineering services in the amount not to exceed G
® eighteen ($18,000.00) thousand
Dollars.
