ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH ARCHITECTS ALLIANCE, INC. , FOR THE
SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE OF A NEW CITY HALL FACILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Clerk of the City are
hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with
Architects Alliance, Inc. , said contract for the Schematic
Design Phase of a new City Hall facility.
Section 2. Said contract shall read in words and
figures as set forth in Ordinance No. 9557, of the City of
Jefferson and made a part hereof as though fully set forth
herein.
Section 3. The architects fee for basic services
for Phase II, Schematic Design, shall be $11,400.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
