ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-92 ,
RESERVED PARKING AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 23-92 a(3) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the deletion of the exist-
ing Section 23-92 a(3) and the substitution therefor for the
following new section:
Police Business Parking:
Monroe: 400 block east side thereof from a point 135' to
a point of 177' .
McCarty: 300 block on the south side thereof, extending
east from a point 115' to 2061 .
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
