ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY WITH JOANN BROT,+IN, FOR THE PURCHASE OF
REAL ESTATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, are authorized and directed
to execute a Contract for the Sale of Real Estate on behalf
of the City with Joann Brown for. the purchase of the following
described real estate located in the County of Cole, State of
Missouri, to-wit:
L. Part of Inlot 760 in the City of Jefferson, County
5' of Cole, Missouri, described as: Beginning at a
point on the West line of said Inlot 760, 70 feet
North of the Southwest corner of said Inlot;
t thence North 40 feet; thence East parallel with
� North Street 104 feet and 4 1/2 inches to the East
line of said Inlot; thence South 40 feet; thence
West parallel with Miller Street, 104 feet and 4
1/2 inches to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. The total amount expended for such purchas
shall not exceed thirty thousand ($30,000. 00) dollars which
shall include purchase of property and all relocation expenses
incurred therewith.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval.
