AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE THIRD
SUPPLEMENTAL FEDERAL AID URBAN PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH THE
MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to
.execute the third supplemental Federal Aid Urban Program
Agreement with the Missouri State Highway Commission.
SECTION 2. Said agreeement shall read in words and figures
as follows :

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval .
