AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF ORCHARD LANE ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Jerry J. and Melody A. Green, owners of real
estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
rissouri, and more particularly described as follows :
Part of Lots 33 and 35, all of ;mot 34 of Major's Boonville
Acres, Section 2, as per plat of record in -Plat Book 7 ,
pages 96 and 97 , Cole County Recorder' s Office, and a part
of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Sec-
tion 27 , Township 45 North, Range 12 West, and part of
the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
34 , Township 45 North, Range 12 West, all in the County of
Cole, City of Jefferson, Missouri, and being more particular)
described as follows: From the Northwest corner of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34 ,
Township 45 North, Range 12 West; thence N 05° 48 ' 29"
W, along the Quarter Quarter Line, 75 .72 feet to the
Southwest corner of a tract conveyed to Jerry J. Green as
per deed of record in Book 256, Page 166, Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence S 681 42 ' 00" E, along the
southerly line of said Green Tract, 202. 68 feet to the
Southwest corner of a tract conveyed to Russell Anderson
as per deed of record in Book 226, page 441, Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence N 210 18 ' 00" E, along the
westerly line of said Anderson Tract, 59 .84 feet to the
Northwest corner thereof; thence S 68° 42 ' 00" E, along
the Northerly line of said Anderson Tract, 35. 00 feet to
the Northeast corner thereof; said Northeast corner being
on the Easterly line of Lot 35, of said Major' s Boonville
Acres, Section 2; thence N 210 18 ' 00" E, along the
easterly line of said Lot 35, 120.16 feet to the Northeast
corner thereof; thence N 680 42 ' 00" W, along the Northerly
line of said Lot 35, 97 .11 feet to the Northwest corner
thereof; thence N 060 02 ' 00" W, 67. 54 feet to the
Southwest corner of Lot 34 of said Major ' s Boonville Acres,
Section 2; thence S 680 42 ' 00" E, along the Southerly
lines of Lots 34 and 33 of said Major' s Boonville Acres,
Section 2, 68.12 feet to the Southwest corner of the Victor
W. Ihler property as described in Book 214, page 418, Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence N 220 26 ' 48" E, along
the Westerly line of said Ihler property, 217. 14 feet to
the Northwest corner of said Ihler property, said corner
also being on the Northerly line of Lot 33 of said Major' s
Boonville Acres, Section 2; thence along the Northerly
line of aforementioned Lots 33 and 34 the following courses;
N 450 48 ' 23" W, 34 .16 feet; thence N 620 00 ' 00" W, 171.
60 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 34; thence
S 060 02 ' 00" E, along the Westerly line of said Lot 34,
276. 42 feet to the Northeast corner of the aforementioned
Green Tract; thence S 65° 23 ' 54" W, along the Northerly
line of said Green Tract 218. 51 feet to the Northwest corner
thereof; thence S 050 48 ' 29" E, along the Quarter Quarter
Section Line, 98.78 feet to the point of beginning. Con-
taining 1. 771 acres in all.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivi-
sion, known and referred to as Orchard Lane Addition, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1969, and amend-
ments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied with
by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all
respects and requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and sub-
divisions have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Orchard Lane Addition, lying,
being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
® accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval of this
ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of said under the sea! of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
