ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79, RELATDU
TO PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS, BY
ADDING A PORTION OF OBERMAN PLACE UNDER SUB-SECTION (a) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-79, Sub-paragraph (a) , by the
addition thereto of the following:
"Oberman Place, on the south half thereof, extending
from the southwest corner of Jackson Street for a
distance of one hundred and fifty-five (155) feet
on the south side of Oberman Place."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
Section 3. Any ordinance, or parts of ordinances, in
conflict with this ordinance, are hereby repealed.
