AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 9584, AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE IN LIEU THEREOF,
AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, AMENDING
SECTION 23-79, PARKING PROHIBITIED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended, by the addition thereto of the
following:
® "McCarty Street, east, the north side thereof,
from the northeast corner of Jefferson Street,
for a distance of ninety-three (93) feet. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
Section 3. Any ordinance, or parts of ordinances , in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
