AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE 95839 SECTION 1, AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, 1978, SECTION 23-95 (d) , RELATING TO NO PARKING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance 9583, Section 1, relating to
Section 23-95 (d) of the Code of the City of Jefferson, 1978,
by deleting said Section 1 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
"First Baptist Church Child Development Center,
113 Monroe Street, for the purpose of picking up or
discharging patrons of said Center, on the east side
of the 100 block of Monroe Street. The Loading Zone
shall be 25 feet, located on the east side of the
100 block of Monroe Street from a point of 191 feet
north of the north curb of Capitol Avenue, between
the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 8:30 A.M. , with a
fifteen (15) minute parking limit."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
Section 3. Any ordinance, or parts of ordinances, in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
