CONSERVATION COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA

This meeting will be conducted in person at the time and location identified above. This means that at least a quorum
of the members of the public body will attend the meeting in person and members of the public are welcome to attend
in person as well. As a courtesy only, access to the meeting is also being provided via remote means in
accordance with applicable law. Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is
being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing will not be suspended or terminated if
technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast or affect remote attendance or participation, unless
otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda, which
includes an applicant and its representatives, should make plans for in-person vs. virtual attendance accordingly.

4. Recording Statement: As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing you that the Town
will be video and audio taping as well as broadcasting this public meeting. In addition, if anyone else
intends to either video or audio tape this meeting they are required to inform the chair.
5. Public Announcements and Comment: Members of the public may address the Conservation
Commission on matters not on the meeting's agenda for a maximum of 3-5 minutes at the Chair's
discretion. The Conservation Commission will not reply to statements made or answer questions
raised during public comment but may add items presented to a future agenda.
6. Request for Determination of Applicability
a. 228 Cranview Road, 20-12. Sam Paine proposes the removal of an unpermitted dock,
reconstruction of existing decks, repair and maintenance of elevated stairs, and pruning of
branches overhanging dwelling within the 100 -ft buffer of Elbow Pond, an Inland Bank, and a
Bordering Vegetated Wetland. RDA# 24-02.
b. 286 Landing Drive, 82-3. Janet Fogel and Bob Schlegel propose to remove and replace existing
decking and railing on stairs and landings within the 50 and 100 -ft buffer zone to Long Pond, A
Great Pond, an Inland Bank, and a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. RDA# 24-03.

Request for Amended Order of Conditions to SE9-1917 correcting prop dredge scour at the end of the newly
constructed ramp, adding one additional floating dock section; adding a cobble edging along boat ramp; beach
nourishment; replacing existing shed; and adding Conservation Seed Mix, in the resource area and 100 -ft buffer
zone to Long Pond, A Great Pond, an Inland Bank, and a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.

requirements.

maintain stone walls in the headrace pond of Stony Brook Grist Mill, improve an associated fishway, and
ongoing vegetative management within an Inland Bank, Land Under Water, Riverfront, and Land Subject to
Coastal Storm Flowage, and their buffer zones. SE9-1968. Legal Ad did not print. This hearing is continued
to the 04/23 Public Meeting.
