WHEREAS , IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36 RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS : Section 1.
