AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LINHARDT AND KIESLING SUBDIVISION, SECTION
SEVEN, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS
HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Robert C. and Beverly S. Lale, and Jerry
J. and Melody A. Green, owners of real estate hereinafter describe
and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted
to the Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, County of Cole, Missouri , and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section
11, Township 44 North, Range 12 , West , in the City of
Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri , and being more parti-
cularly described as follows: From the Southeast corner of
Section 11 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West ; thence N 04
degrees 00' W, 36. 33 feet ; thence S 86 degrees 00' W, 460.0
feet to the Easterly line of Linhardt and Kiesling Sub-
division, Section Two, as per plat of record in Plat Book
7, Page 37, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence N 04
degrees 00 ' W, along the Easterly line of said Linhardt and
Kiesling Subdivision, Section Two, 677.68 feet to the
Northerly line of Tower Drive; thence S 64 degrees 40 ' W,
along the Northerly line of said Tower Drive, 798.07 feet
to the Westerly line of Maywood Drive and the point of
beginning for this description; thence S 71 degrees 37'
23" W, 151.64 feet ; thence N 26 degrees 49 ' W, 492. 73 feet ;
thence N 63 degrees 11 ' E, 150. 0 feet to the Westerly line
of aforementioned Maywood Drive; thence S 26 degrees 49 ' E
along the Westerly line of said Maywood Drive, 515. 00 feet
to the point of beginning. . Containing in all, 1. 735 acres.
Bearings are magnetic.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivi-
sion, known and referred to as Linhardt-Kiesling Subdivision,
Section Seven, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all
respects the requirements of Chapter 445 , Revised Statutes of
Missouri, 1969, and amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" ,
have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said
subdivision, and that in all respects and requirements of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
relating to plats and subdivisions , have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Linhardt-Kiesling Subdivision ,
Section Seven, lying, being and situated within the corporate
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval
of this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and -to certify to
the approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval. .
