AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OUT OF THE
UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONTRACTING WITH COLE COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR MENTAL
HEALTH SERVICES TO CITY EMPLOYEES AND THE COMMUNITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. A supplemental appropriation of Five Thousand
and No/100 Dollars ($5,000. 00) is hereby authorized out of the
® unappropriated surplus of the General Fund for the purpose of
contracting with Cole County Mental Health Services for mental
health services to city employees and the community.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
