AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OUT OF THE
UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONTRACTING WITH LINCOLN UNIVERSITY FOR A SUMMER YOUTH RECREATIONA
PROGRAM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. A supplemental appropriation of Fifteen Thousand
and No/100 Dollars ($15,000.00) is hereby authorized out of the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund for the purpose of
contracting with Lincoln University for a summer youth recre-
ational program.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
