ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 32-52,
RELATING TO VIOLATIONS, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION (d) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Amend Section 32-52 by adding sub-section (d) .
Section 32-52 (d) . It shall be prohibited to connect any
subsurface drain, exterior foundation drain or surface water
drain to any sanitary sewage line; private, building or City
such that said connection would allow inflow into the sanitary
sewerage system of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 2. Any ordinance, or parts of ordinances , in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect. from and after the date of its passage and approval.
