McCARTY, JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to execute a written contract with Central Missouri Professional ® Services , 2500 E. McCarty, Jefferson City, Missouri, for the improvement of Indian Hills Sanitary Sewer Project Phase III for the sum of 'Two Hundred Five Thousand Four Hundred Twelve and 46/100 Dollars ($205,412 . 46) . SECTION 2. A copy of said contract is attached hereto and made a part hereof. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval .
