RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIZING FOR AN 'AD IiN'£1~,IM PEP~IT'

FOR LICI~ISE TERM BMGINNING JULY 1, 1998.
WH~, pursuant to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Bever-
ages'', as amended and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by the
Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of
New Jersey, application for Renewal for the 1998-1999 License Term has
been made by ENRIQUE R. GIORDANO, holder of A.B.C. License #1201-33-001-007,
in due and proper form and has paid the necessary fees therefor; and
WI~, no objections have been made as to the application for renewal by
the applicant; and
WI~, as of this date the New Jersey Division of Taxation has not issued
a Tax Clearance Certificate for RENEWAL for the 1998-1999 License Term to
said applicant; and
WI~, said Licensee did file, with the NJ State Division of A.B.C., a
'Petition for Temporary Permit to Operate Pending Action by Municipal
Issuing Authority Upon Petitioner's Application for License Renewal', for
an 'Ad Interim Permit' and has paid the required fee therefor.
NOW, ~H~REFORE, BE IT AND IT IS H}~YRESOLV~D, by the Mayor and Council
oft be Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that
said Governing Body does not object to the issuance of an Ad Interim Per-
mit by the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control to ENRIQUE R.
GIORDANO. holder of A.B.C. License #1201-33-001-007, for the period from
July 1, 1998 to July 30, 1998, and that said Licensee shall be granted per-
mission to operate at licensed premises for said period.
BE IT ~RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby author-
ized and directed to complete and sign the application for Temporary Per-
mit to Operate (Ad Interim Permit) being made by ENRIQUE R. GIORDANO,
holder of A.B.C. License #1201-33-001-007, for the period of July 1, 1998
to July 30, 1998.
BE IT FURTH~RRESOLV~D, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded with copy of Application for Ad Interim Permit to the State
of New Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau,
CN 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.

and certified as a true copy of the
