Tryon Street (ROW) ITEM # 6: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Robert Striegler to construct a 12’ x 9.5’ shed-roofed outbuilding in the rear yard at 113 N. Cameron Street (PIN 9874-16-3711) This is an after-the-fact application ITEM # 7: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Stuart Paynter to install an 8.32” x 60” sign at second floor height on the façade of 106 S. Churton Street (PIN 9874-06-4156) ITEM # 8: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Lizbeth Vickers to replace an existing asphalt shingle roof with a black MasterRib metal roof at 408 W. Hillsborough Street (PIN 9864-75-3741) ITEM # 10: Continue discussion about updates to materials list ITEM # 11: Updates  Alliance for Historic Hillsborough: Anna Currie  Historic Properties Book Committee: Virginia Smith  Staff updates ITEM # 12: Adjourn PUBLIC CHARGE The Hillsborough Historic District Commission pledges to the citizens of Hillsborough its respect. The HDC asks members of the public to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the commission members and with fellow citizens. At any time should any member of the Commission or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the Chair or their designee will ask the offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair or their designee will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge can be observed. Thank you.
