AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978 , BY AMENDING SECTION 23-44 RELATING
TO DESIGNATED STOP INTERSECTIONS BY ADDING "NORTHBOUND ON CHESTNUT
AT FAIRMONT".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, 1978 , is
hereby amended by adding a roadway to Section 23-44 relating to
designated stop intersections to read as follows :
"Northbound on Chestnut at Fairmont"
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
