AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF GREEN AND LALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE,
A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Robert C. and Beverly S. Lale and Jerry J.
and Melody A. Green, owners of real estate hereinafter described
and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted
to the Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township
44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri, and being more particularly
described as follows: From the Northwest corner of
said .Southeast Quarter of Section 11; thence S 06°
34 ' 09" E, along the Quarter Section Line, 1732.26
feet; thence N 830 25 ' 51" E, 830. 89 feet to the
point of beginning for this description; thence S 270
00 ' 01" E, 952.24 feet; thence N 640 35' 57" E, 460.18
feet to the westerly line of Maywood Drive; thence
N 271 00 ' 01" W, along the westerly line of said Maywood
Drive, 60. 09 feet to the Southeasterly corner of Linhardt
and Kiesling Subdivision, Section Eight, as per Plat
Book 11, page 92, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence
S 71° 26 ' 40" W, along the southerly line of said
Linhardt and Kiesling Subdivision, Section Eight, 151.64
feet to the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence N 270
00' 01" W, along the westerly line of said Linhardt
AdWk and Kiesling Subdivision, Section Eight, 492.73 feet
to the Northwesterly corner thereof; thence N 62° 59 '
59" E, along the northerly line of said Linhardt and
Kiesling Subdivision, Section Eight, 150. 00 feet to the
Northeasterly corner .thereof, and also to the westerly
line of aforementioned Maywood Drive; thence N 27° 00'
01" W, along the westerly line of said Maywood Drive,
400.00 feet; thence S 620 59 ' 59" W, 150. 00 feet;
thence S -270 00' 01" E, 10.00 feet; thence S 620 59 '
59" W, 310. 00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing
in all, 8.423 acres.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivi-
sion, known and referred to as Green and Lale Subdivision,
Section One, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all
respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of
iMissouri, 1969, and amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" ,
have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said
subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
relating to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Green and Lale Subdivision,
Section One, lying being and situated within the corporate
limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said
plat hereto attached and made a
p part of this ordinance, is
hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the
City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage
and approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are
hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and
to certify to the approval of said under the seal of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date' of its passage and approval.
