ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH ARCHITECTS ALLIANCE, INC. , FOR THE
DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS PHASE OF A NEW
CITY HALL FACILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract with Architects
Alliance , Inc. , said contract for the design, development , and
construction documents phase of a new City Hall facility.
SECTION 2. Said contract shall read in words and figures
as set forth in Ordinance No. 9557, of the City of Jefferson
and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.
SECTION 3. The architects fee for basic services for
Phase III , Design, Development, and Construction Documents shall
be $45,400 .
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
