ORDINANCE NO. 7 (p (p
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978) BY AMENDING ARTICLE V. STOP AND
YIELD INTERSECTIONS, SECTIONS 23-41(a) AND 23-44(b) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Section 23-41(a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the deletion of the
following:
HART STREET, north or south before entering Miller Street.
® Section 2. Section 23-44(b) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978 is hereby amended by the addition of the
following:
MILLER STREET, before entering Hart Street.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
