ORDINANCE NO. 7 tf
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE COD
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79 , PARKIN
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Section 23-79 (al of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition of the
following:
BOONVILLE ROAD, on the East half thereof, from Norris Drive
to Belair Drive.
CHERRY STREET, on the East half thereof, extending a distance
of twenty feet South of the Southeast corner of McCarty
Street.
CHERRY STREET, on the West half thereof, extending a distance
of twenty feet South of the Southwest corner of McCarty
Street.
HUNTLEIGH PLACE ACCESS ROAD, on the East half and West half
thereof.
McCARTY STREET, on the South half thereof, extending a
distance of twenty feet East of the Southeast curb of Cherry
Street.
McCARTY STREET, on the South half thereof, extending a
distance of twenty feet West of the Southwest curb of Cherry
Street.
ST. MARY'S BOULEVARD, on the South half thereof, between
Missouri Boulevard and Williams Street.
® SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
