AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
PEAT, MARWICK, MITCHELL AND CO. , KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to
execute a written agreement with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co.
for the City's 1981 annual audit for the sum not to exceed
'Twenty One Thousand Six Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($21,600 ..00) .
SECTION 2. A copy of the Agreement is attached hereto.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
