ORDINANCE NO.
(AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR
SERVICES WITH THE EXCHANGE NATIONAL BANK OF JEFFERSON CITY,
TRUSTEE FOR THE WOODLAND CEMETERY ASSOCIATION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to
execute an agreement for services with the Exchange National
Bank of . Jefferson City, Trustee for the Woodland Cemetery
Association.
SECTION 2. Said agreement shall read in words and figures

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES
is This Agreement made this day of �,�,o� � , 1981,
by and between the City of Jefferson, Missouri , hereinafter called
City and the Exchange National Bank of Jefferson City, Trustee for
the Woodland Cemetery Association, hereinafter called Trustee.
WHEREAS, the property located in the City of Jefferson, State
of Missouri , and bounded by East McCarty Street on the North, the
National Cemetery on the East, East Miller Street on the South and
Chestnut Street on the West, is presently used exclusively for ceme-
tery purposes approximately 1/3 of which is owned by the Woodland
Cemetery Association and the remainder is owned by the City and known
as Public Cemetery, Outlot 380 and
WHEREAS, the City desires the Woodland Cemetery Association
maintain the grounds of the Public Cemetery.
IT IS AGREED that:
The Trustee for a consideration of $1 ,000.00 to it paid by the
City agrees to provide to the City maintenance of the grounds of the
Public Cemetery located on Outlot 38 for a period of one year from
November 1 , 1981 in the same manner and standard in which the Trustee
maintains the grounds of the Woodland Cemetery.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands
by their duly authorized representatives the day and year first above
written.
